Meet the Therapist
Sharon Frost, PT
Sharon was born and raised in Alaska, and became interested in the field of physical therapy at an early age after seeing pictures of the 1965 Easter Seals’ poster child. She attended UAA and Andrews University in Michigan, receiving her Masters’ of Science Degree in Physical Therapy in 1999. She continued her education with the North American institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy, obtaining advanced skills in manual therapy of the spine and extremities and became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2009. Helping people regain function in order to return to participation in the daily activities of life brings her great satisfaction. She believes each patient needs to take an active part in the rehabilitative process in order to achieve full success.
Outside of work, Sharon enjoys hiking, rafting/canoeing and cross-country skiing in the Alaska wilderness.
